64% of the population of 26 million do not have access to safe drinking water.  Located on the Indian Ocean, Andaman Sea / Bay of Bengal.  Coastal cities of Rangoon (Yangon), 2,458,712; Moulmein, 219,991;  Sittwe, 107,607 have excellent harbors.  Country is one of the richest of the third world countries with natural wealth; however, political leadership of government is military.  Wave heights are 3 to 5 feet which would provide good performance of the OMI system.
