48% of the population of 123 thousand do not have access to safe drinking water.  Located in the Caribbean Sea / Atlantic, north of Venezuela.  Bridgetown, the capital and largest city, has a population of 7,517.  Major industries are sugar cane and its by products and tourism is the major income earning revenue source.  Wave heights are in the 3 to 5 foot range which would provide good performance of the OMI system.  However, economics are poor with annual expenditures of $500 million exceeding budget revenues of $420 million.
